Tugun Bypass

Hydro Demolition

Hitech Industrial Services was contracted to carry out hydro-demolition and ultra-high pressure (UHP) water jetting during the construction of the Tugun Bypass project(QLD) . Hydro-demolition was carried out on the structural tunnel walls in order to expose cuplinks to be for the attachment of reinforcing steel for concrete pours.

Brisbane Bypass Tunnel

Hitech Industrial Services were contracted to carry out hydro demolition for the duration of the Brisbane Bypass Tunnel (Clem 7) project over a period of 2 years. Hydro demolition was performed on the structural tunnel walls in order to cut out hangers that were damaged when the TBM went past.
