Melbourne Wharf Deck Remediation

As part of a remediation program Hitech Industrial Services was engaged to deliver hydro demolition services using both robotic and hand lancing methods. The tier one client had selected hydro demolition as retaining the integrity of the rebars was paramount to the project. In total 500m3 of concrete was removed equating to approximately 1.2millions kilos over a period of about 10,950 hours. The project also involved removal of the debris with vacuum loading and scabbling the concrete ready for a new pour.
