Using a 3D tank head and high pressure cleaning units this regular preventative maintenance is performed on temperature coil lined stainless steel kettles containing various polymer blends. The automatic tank head means that there is limited (to nil) confined space access requirements as the unit removes deposits and hardened materials using high pressure water. This is also means that no other energy resources or additional cleaning materials are required. The nozzle of the tank head arm rotates due to the reaction of the water and the jets which emit from the nozzles. The speed being controlled by a brake magnet.
